    What could explain a longer than usual period of not much posting, followed by one simple declarative sentence, and lots of dog pictures?

    Dear God, they must have made their move. The dogs have taken over there. They must have forced whichever one was still able to post that last long item about the ‘naughty bits pie’ because they have to make things look normal. And now this strange turn, (not that strange if one allows for a period of consolidation after the struggle ends) a single sentence, and what appears to be pictures of some sort of victory celebration, all playing and looking happy.

    Except that last image-it turns my guts cold to see their leader staring out at us like that with that calculating look.

    I’m afraid my response to these pictures was a series of degrading noises centering around partly articulated words about the cuteness of your dogs and their fuzzy looking adorable visages. My cat remains disgusted, which means she’ll probably commit her own coup if I submit to Akita suzerainity.
