    This is an “old” picture. He’s pushing 75 pounds now and it’s still a day or two before he’s five months old.

    I haven’t measured his height at the shoulder, but I definitely remember that K&K were very lanky and pointy at this age stage and he’s… not. He’s just… blocky.

    Tatyana- when he’s tired, apparently he becomes an invertebrate. Not only is tucking his paws like that a common thing, he’s been known to perform deep stretches that involve touching his knees to the ground…. and then settling down to nap like that.

    Roberta- in more ways than one. He cleans himself like one, too. He also has the feline gift of performative sleeping; by the time he’s done snuggling, stretching, groaning, and generally becoming one with his chosen nap spot, I’m ready for one myself.

    So do you curry comb him after a good ride or just rub him down with the saddle blanket?

    I hope you have a way to get good healthy dog food in bulk for him. I’d hate to hear you’re paying retail to feed that big fluffy behemoth.

    But at least he’s cute and seems to have a good personality.

    He’s such a fetching fluff-ball. Can’t believe how fast he’s growing. Either that, or I can’t believe how fast time gets away from me. He’s a handsome beast!
