There is just 'meat for humans' and 'meat for dogs'. Lungs, bones, cartilage, connective tissue, ears, feet, bones, tracheae, bruised bits and most other parts that we humans (at least here in modern "civilized society") turn our noses up at - are gourmet fare to our four-legged friends. DON'T WASTE THEM!!!
